Job Description
IPS is seeking a dynamic Field Service Technician to join their team, providing exceptional customer service and performing maintenance on electro-mechanical equipment.
Requirements
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment
- Perform diagnostics and preventative maintenance
- Inspect and test various electro-mechanical equipment
- Use portable electronic equipment including Megger, PdMA MCE, multimeter, and DLRO
- Install/Remove AC and DC electric motors, laser alignment equipment, and replace sleeve and anti-friction bearings
- Clean electro-mechanical equipment using bead blasting, ice blasting, and solvent cleaning
- Complete assigned work in compliance with operative policies and procedures
- PdMA testing experience preferred
- Level 1 Vibration Analysis preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions with precise execution
