Job Description
The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) will provide diagnostic evaluations and therapy counseling to persons served in compliance with LCSW/LMFT standards. This role focuses on applying psychotherapy to non-medical cases within the correctional facility setting, including triaging, referrals, treatment planning, and treatment interventions.
Requirements
- Must maintain an unrestricted LCSW/LMFT license in the state of practice
- Must be current with CPR certification
- Two (2) years of experience providing treatment to adults and/or youth with various mental health disabilities
- Current (and must maintain) unrestricted LCSW/LMFT license in state of practice
- Must have advanced knowledge of assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, discharge planning, and excellent documentation skills
