Director of Property Maintenance - Landing at Watermere Woodland Lakes

The Director of Plant Operations oversees all maintenance and repair activities to ensure the property, equipment, and grounds are maintained to the highest operational and aesthetic standards. This role supervises the maintenance team, ensuring work is completed efficiently and in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or vocational training in electrical, mechanical, engineering, refrigeration, HVAC, or plumbing preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years in a supervisory role within a maintenance-related field.
• Strong knowledge of boilers, compressors, generators, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems;
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and building codes.
• Current HVAC, electrical, and pool operator certifications required.
