The Director of Property Maintenance oversees all maintenance and repair activities to ensure the property, equipment, and grounds are maintained to the highest operational and aesthetic standards.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or vocational training in electrical, mechanical, engineering, refrigeration, HVAC, or plumbing preferred.
- Minimum of three (3) years in a supervisory role within a maintenance-related field.
- Strong knowledge of boilers, compressors, generators, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems;
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and building codes.
- Current HVAC, electrical, and pool operator certifications required.
