Job Description
IRI is a company that delivers strategic workforce solutions. They are looking for a Financial Analyst to assist with worldwide reporting and consolidation, prepare financial reports, and work with management to develop global accounting initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, 3-5 years of experience, and strong analytical and communication skills.
Requirements
- Preparation, coordination and assistance with the worldwide reporting and consolidation process
- Prepare and reconcile financial reports and related support for external and internal management, including ad hoc financial analysis
- Assist management with the development of global accounting initiatives and participate in special assignments designed to gather data and ultimately improve operational efficiencies
