Sales Assistant

The Sales Assistant will coordinate and manage customer pre-sales and sales support needs, handle customer inquiries, and maintain all core supplier agreements and contracts.

Requirements

• An Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience is required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3-5 years relevant experience, preferably in sales support, project coordination or customer service
• Technically savvy with demonstrated ability to learn new systems
• Experience working with various software applications required. Microsoft office (word, excel, PowerPoint) experience is required
• SAP experience is preferred
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to take initiative and manage priorities required
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience managing professional communication with customers
• Must be a team player with commercial awareness
