Requirements
- Lead and execute sales strategies within the Mid-Atlantic territory
- Work closely with agents, brokers, and other distribution partners to expand market share and enhance client relationships
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with underwriting, claims, and marketing teams to deliver tailored insurance solutions
- Travel up to 60% of the time with some overnights required
