Technical Product Manager- Workers Compensation

We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to own the technology and platform capabilities for our WC program. Reporting to the VP of Product, this role will be responsible for discovering and building the functionality necessary to run workers comp at scale, leading the integration with our Policy Administration System (PAS), and driving the ISCx platform capabilities that enable a seamless broker experience.

Requirements

• Discover, define, and deliver the technology functionality required to run the workers compensation program
• Lead PAS integration to ensure seamless data flow, accurate policy issuance, and operational efficiency
• Configure Program Builder to configure carriers, products, question sets, and underwriting rules without requiring engineering effort
• Drive cross-sell strategy between workers comp and other ISC products to maximize broker value and premium growth
• Optimize broker experience for workers comp from submission through policy delivery
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to ensure technical feasibility, scalability, and an exceptional user experience
• Partner with insurance operations to translate business requirements into platform capabilities
• Drive discovery and iteration using customer research, data analysis, and rapid prototyping
• Manage stakeholders by communicating progress, risks, and decisions to leadership
