Product Manager (Workers Comp)

Integrated Specialty Coverages (ISC) is seeking a Product Manager (Workers Comp) to focus on ISC's new Workers Comp Segment. The successful candidate will work closely with underwriting business unit leaders, the company's technology team, and the company's finance and executive management to optimize MGA gross margin for the assigned insurance programs through premium production, loss ratio management and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years P&C insurance product management experience
• Familiarity with P&C insurance policy and claims work processes
• Experience with Workers Comp bureaus and rating organizations
• Demonstrated process analysis and automation competency
• Strong analytical and data skills
• Experience with SQL, Python or other data extraction and reporting tools
• Working knowledge of actuarial fundamentals
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• BA/BS college graduate - Quantitative discipline preferred
