Chief Operating Officer - Integris Health Medical Group

INTEGRIS Health Medical Group has a great opportunity for a Chief Operating Officer in Oklahoma City, OK. As a COO, you'll provide leadership for the assessment, planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of programs, projects, or operations, for the areas of responsibility. You'll build, develop, and maintain operations to support strategic direction, establish operations initiatives for improvement, and oversee operations budget. The COO will also scan the internal and external environment for threats or opportunities and ensure caregivers, APPs, and physicians are managed and developed effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field required.
• 7+ years of senior leadership experience in a healthcare organization, preferably in an executive or COO role.
• Experience in strategic planning, operations management, and financial management in a healthcare setting.
