Requirements

• Provide quality nursing care to residents with routine daily nursing care and services
• Maintain resident rights and confidentiality
• Document all ADL's in electronic health record
• Observe and report symptoms, reactions, and other changes in condition promptly
• Assist in daily requirements and tasks in care and treatment of residents
