Requirements

• Provide quality nursing care to residents with routine daily nursing care and services
• Demonstrate respect, attention, and awareness toward the diversity among the people we serve
• Identify and participate in QAPI process
• Maintain resident rights and confidentiality
• Document all ADLs in electronic health record
• Observe and report symptoms, reactions, and other changes in condition promptly
• Routinely turn and position residents as required by care plan
• Comply with all aspects of residents' rights
• Assist in maintaining a safe, neat, and clean environment
• Communicate and interact effectively and tactfully with residents, visitors, families, peers, and supervisors
