Service/Maintenance Technician

Service Technician responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of the community, including ensuring a clean and well-maintained living environment, performing maintenance tasks, and interacting with residents and staff.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Three (3) years of property maintenance experience
• Ability to work weekends
• Successful passing of a background test and drug screen
