Job Description
The Service/Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of the community, ensuring a clean and well-maintained living environment for residents, visitors, and staff. Responsibilities include performing maintenance tasks, inspecting and maintaining tools, and ensuring safety and efficiency in daily operations.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Three (3) years of property maintenance experience
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle automobile insurance
