3-5 years of experience in the securities industry, or 4-6 years of relevant experience/training

Associate degree or equivalent professional experience required, Previous insurance industry experience, Knowledge of industry standards and practices

3-5 years of experience in the Health Insurance Industry and 1-2 years of supervisory experience required

High School diploma, 4-6 years of experience in administrative roles, insurance industry, or similar field, good judgment and decision-making skills

4-6 years of customer service or administrative experience required. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred

Currently enrolled in college, strong communication skills, and ability to work independently

5-10 years of experience wholesaling to institutions and strong communication and customer service skills

Goal-oriented and money motivated with experience in prospecting and qualifying sales calls

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or computer Information System or related field. 2-4 years of Analyst or Administrator experience in financial applications, systems configuration, and/or implementation duties. Prior experience with financial systems or similar systems

15+ years of leadership experience, demonstrated success leading large agencies, proven track record in recruiting and scaling enterprise-level agencies
