Responsible for providing operational-based customer service, analyzing commission data, and ensuring consistent payment for Ritter and contracted agents. Acts as first point of contact for operational items and conducts trainings for new hires as required.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Four years of experience as a Case Manager or comparable experience
- Basic understanding of insurance and agent relationship
- Outstanding communication skills
- Good computer and typing skills
- Ability to operate related computer applications
