Job Description
A full-time Executive Assistant is needed to support both the Managing Partner and the President of NASB, prioritizing supervisor needs, client projects, and other responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Completely trustworthy in maintaining confidentiality with high-level company documents and meetings
- Highly professional with phone and email communication, especially with clients
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry
- Excellent organizational skills and self-motivation without supervision
- Maintain a positive, can-do attitude under pressure
- Able to learn new skills and work overtime frequently as needed by supervisors
