Inside Sales Agent is the front line in customer service, providing services and support in person and via telephone or internet, and maintaining client files. The role requires a passion for serving seniors, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency with MS Office
- Previous insurance or financial experience preferred
- Health and Life insurance license preferred
