The Manager, Compliance will play a critical role in ensuring marketing and advertising compliance within the healthcare space. This position supports businesses that sell Medicare Advantage, Part D, Medicare Supplement, ACA, ICHRA, and other ancillary healthcare products.
Requirements
- Provide regular compliance advice and best practices to approximately 130 business units.
- Support the Chief Compliance Officer, Health Segment with strategic compliance initiatives.
- Conduct monthly site visits to business units to assess compliance and provide guidance.
- Summarize and communicate guidance published by CMS to internal stakeholders.
- Assist with compliance audits and agent training programs.
- Deliver general compliance advice across marketing and advertising activities.
- Support other compliance functions as needed in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
- Contribute to marketing-related compliance policies and procedures, including annual updates.
- Support the development and delivery of training programs focused on compliant marketing practices.
- Support Directors and CCO on Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) audit findings and remediation plans.
