The Head of Advisor Field Management is a senior leadership role responsible for driving organic growth and advisor retention across the existing platform. The role will oversee field engagement, practice development, and delivery of value-add services that increase advisor productivity and deepen platform adoption.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in advisor-facing leadership (field management, practice development, or relationship management) within a broker-dealer, RIA, or wealth platform
• Proven track record driving measurable growth and advisor retention in large-scale advisory businesses
• Deep understanding of independent advisor economics, including fee-based and commission models
• Experience building and leading high-performing field management teams
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior advisors and stakeholders
• Required licenses: Series 7, 24, and 66 (or equivalent)
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
• Willingness to travel extensively
