The Intranet Manager, Internal Communications role will serve as a strategic leader within the People & Culture department, shaping and executing intranet strategies to enhance information accessibility, elevate employee collaboration, and ensure organizational alignment.
Requirements
- Drive strategic intranet content and platform plans
- Standardize and manage content across all intranet platforms
- Manage the innovation of intranet design and user experience
- Orchestrate intranet-based communication for organizational transformations
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics
- Build and maintain strong relationships with various departments and leaders
- Liaise with IT to ensure the intranet platform's technical stability and security
- Collaborate with the wider Employee Communications team
