The IT System Analyst will solve customer problems in real time, coordinate with partners/stakeholders, and act as a system Subject Matter Expert.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in System Support, Customer/User success, Account Manager or similar roles
- Background in IT is preferred
- Ability to articulate technical solutions to various stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problemāsolving abilities
