Job Description
The Lead Analyst, Wealth Management Strategy is responsible for leading and supporting wealth management teams in developing, implementing, and evaluating strategies to optimize business effectiveness and drive business growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (Master’s or CFA/CFP designation preferred).
- 6+ years in Wealth Management related financial analysis, investment banking, asset management, or a similar role within wealth management.
- Expert in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Bloomberg, FactSet).
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis abilities; capable of interpreting complex data to guide strategic decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts to a diverse audience.
