Job Description
The Scrum Master will facilitate agile ceremonies, coach teams on agile principles, and foster a collaborative environment. They will support software delivery functions, assist with planning and execution, and help track progress. The Scrum Master will also partner with product owners and stakeholders to ensure effective delivery.
Requirements
- Experience as a Scrum Master or similar agile delivery role
- Strong understanding of agile principles, Scrum, and Kanban practices
- Experience facilitating agile ceremonies and coaching teams
- Ability to support delivery planning, coordination, and execution
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with Jira or similar agile lifecycle management tools
