Job Description
This is a strategic position of Platform Product Manager, with a strong component of systemic vision, executive influence, analytical skills, and the ability to structure a product in a modernization environment.
Requirements
- Completed higher education with Pós and/or MBA
- Proven experience as a Platform Product Manager, with action in high-complexity environments and/or technological modernization
- Experience in conducting visioning processes, strategic roadmap, and prioritization based on business impact
- Consistent history in building and managing backlog aligned to OKRs, KPIs, and corporate objectives
- Action in multidisciplinary squads, with strong interface with technology and executive stakeholders
- Experience in insurance companies or banks will be considered a relevant differential
- Experience in regulated contexts, financial, or accounting is desirable
- Previous experience with managing integrator platforms (hub model), responsible for absorbing and distributing data between multiple internal areas and partners
