Job Description
Manager, Platform Product Management is responsible for leading the strategy, delivery, and adoption of shared insurance platform capabilities, supporting outcomes delivered through platform modernization and developer enablement initiatives. This role is accountable for running and supporting existing monolithic platform infrastructure while managing the evolution of modernized, API driven and batch enabled capabilities to ensure stability, scalability, and continuity. The manager helps establish Platform Product Management as a core organizational capability by driving clear ownership, consistent practices, and effective collaboration across teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of PM experience
- Development and execution of a business-case level investment
- Track record of hiring and managing people
- Education to Qualify: Bachelors or Masters degree in a technical subject (Computer Science or Engineering discipline) is preferred, but not essential
