Job Description
We are seeking a Service Delivery Manager to drive service excellence and ensure the highest level of performance is delivered to our clients. As the Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for delivering multiple services to a key client and managing all aspects of service delivery, including service level management, customer satisfaction, and continuous service improvement initiatives.
