Business Human Resources Partner

As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting and developing leaders and employees who power Intel's advanced packaging and manufacturing capabilities into the future. You will build strong relationships with managers and employees through service, influence, and coaching, and drive employee relations, organizational development, learning, inclusion, labor relations, and HR processes across the business group, functions, regions, and geographies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in Employee relations, HR basics, such as training and development, performance management, change management, and Microsoft Office experience
• Master of Science, M.B.A, OR a Master of Arts degree, with 1+ years of experience
