Job Description
The EMEA Export Controls & Sanctions Compliance Director will lead a team responsible for ensuring Intel's global operations remain compliant with export controls and sanctions laws and regulations. The role requires expertise in EU export controls and sanctions compliance, risk management, and related processes.
Requirements
- Lead team responsible for compliance with export controls and sanctions compliance across EMEA
- Serve as the escalation point for complex or high-risk regulatory matters
- Define and drive EMEA regulatory strategy aligned with business priorities and global trade governance
- Represent Intel before EMEA regulatory authorities and engage with relevant trade associations
- Maintain effectiveness of Intel's EMEA export controls and sanctions compliance program
- Lead export and sanctions compliance activities for EMEA related M&A
