As a Quality Control Specialist, you'll ensure the fidelity of key conversations, bridge communication gaps, and ensure the archival of critical proceedings. You'll review transcripts for accuracy, spelling, grammar, punctuation, and formatting, and guarantee 99-100% accurate transcripts are delivered to the customer.
Requirements
- Proofread transcripts of legal proceedings, witness interviews, body cam recordings, and other complex legal, virtual, and real-world interactions.
- Review transcripts for accuracy, spelling, grammar, punctuation, and formatting.
- Ensure transcripts are compliant with applicable legal and customer-specified standards.
- Verify formatting guidelines and template rules are applied consistently across transcripts produced by multiple transcriptionists.
- Transcribe, re-transcribe, and correct transcripts that do not meet standards.
- Guarantee 99-100% accurate transcripts are delivered to the customer.
- Develop mastery of proprietary cloud-based transcription platform, and provide actionable feedback as needed to drive product improvement.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all conversations and documents, adhering to privacy laws and company policies regarding sensitive information.
