Our client is transforming its engineering organization and seeking an Engineering Operations Manager to join a small and highly impactful team. The role will involve architecting engineering metrics, setting strategic vision for SDLC tooling, and rolling up sleeves to build dashboards and automate workflows.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a highly effective senior individual contributor
• Deep, hands-on administrative experience with Jira
• Strong proficiency in building dashboards using modern BI tools
• Practical understanding of modern AI coding assistants
• Technical capability to build data transformation pipelines and automate reporting workflows
• Exceptional ability to translate complex engineering data into clear narratives
• Deep grasp of Agile methodologies
• Advanced English (C1/C2)
