Job Description
Our client is looking for an Engineering Operations Manager to join a small and highly impactful team reporting directly to the COO. This is a transitional, high-visibility role perfect for a senior individual contributor who has been executing at a high level and is ready to step into leadership and take true ownership.
Requirements
- Proven track record as a highly effective senior individual contributor
- Deep, hands-on administrative experience with Jira
- Strong proficiency in building dashboards using modern BI tools or platform-native reporting
- A thorough understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Exceptional ability to translate complex engineering data into clear, trusted, and concise narratives
- Deep grasp of Agile methodologies
- Advanced English (C1/C2)
