We are looking for an Engineering Operations Manager to join a small and highly impactful team reporting directly to the COO. This is a transitional, high-visibility role perfect for a senior individual contributor who has been executing at a high level and is ready to step into leadership and take true ownership.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a highly effective senior individual contributor
• Deep, hands-on administrative experience with Jira
• Strong proficiency in building dashboards using modern BI tools
• A thorough understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Practical understanding of modern AI coding assistants
• Technical capability to build data transformation pipelines
• Exceptional ability to translate complex engineering data into clear narratives
• Deep grasp of Agile methodologies
• Experience establishing data standards
