Job Description
We’re looking for a Data Governance Consultant who can help our clients turn governance into a genuine business enabler, working across people, process, and technology to design, implement, and sustain data governance programs that drive quality, compliance, and confidence in decision-making.
Requirements
- Design and implement data governance frameworks, policies, and operating models aligned to client goals and industry standards.
- Define and document data ownership, stewardship, and accountability models across business functions.
- Conduct maturity assessments and develop practical roadmaps to strengthen governance capability.
- Support the establishment of data quality management processes, metrics, and monitoring mechanisms.
- Partner with technical teams to align governance initiatives with data platforms, metadata management, and cataloguing tools.
- Facilitate workshops and training to drive adoption, engagement, and cultural change around data ownership and literacy.
- Collaborate with client leadership to embed governance practices that improve decision-making, regulatory compliance, and business performance.
