Job Description
We’re looking for a Data Governance Consultant who can help our clients turn governance into a genuine business enabler, design, implement, and sustain data governance programs that drive quality, compliance, and confidence in decision-making.
Requirements
- 3–7 years’ experience in data governance, data management, or information management consulting
- Strong understanding of data governance principles, frameworks (e.g. DAMA-DMBOK), and best practices
- Experience developing or implementing data policies, standards, and stewardship models
- Familiarity with metadata management, data cataloguing, or data lineage tools (e.g. Alation, Informatica, Collibra, or similar)
- Exposure to data quality management processes and tooling
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills — able to engage stakeholders at all levels and translate governance into practical business value
- Comfortable working in multi-disciplinary teams spanning strategy, engineering, and analytics
