Material Research Scientist/Engineer

We are seeking experienced professionals to conduct innovative research in material science and engineering, including additive manufacturing, corrosion, modeling and nondestructive material characterization.

Requirements

• Conduct analytical studies, modeling and experimentation to guide design and manufacture of metallic and composite materials/structures.
• Participate in the research and development of innovative sensors, algorithms and advanced solutions in the areas of nondestructive characterization of materials.
• Pursue research in computational material science, material design, development and application, work closely with project managers and team members on research projects.
• Continue and expand existing programs and write research proposals for new research directions.
