Employee Health Nurse Manager -(#PR)

The Employee Health Manager is responsible for overseeing and administering occupational health and safety services within a hospital setting. This role ensures compliance with various regulations and promotes a safe, healthy, and supportive environment for employees.

Requirements

• Manage and coordinate all employee health services
• Oversee compliance with mandatory testing and surveillance programs
• Maintain accurate, confidential employee health records
• Evaluate and provide initial treatment for employees with occupational exposures or work-related injuries/illnesses
• Implement exposure control and follow-up protocols
• Monitor and implement updates to occupational health regulations
• Serve as subject matter expert in employee health
• Partner with Human Resources to facilitate the interactive process under ADA and FEHA
• Assess employee medical restrictions and collaborate with managers to determine reasonable accommodations
• Conduct return-to-work and fitness-for-duty evaluations
