We're looking for a Tech Recruiter who can own recruitment end-to-end, build a real bench across key roles, and partner directly with the Head of People and CxO Team. This is a full-time, internal role at intent, a B2B contract company with a team of 60+ people, fully remote.
Requirements
- 4+ years in tech recruitment, ideally with software houses, digital agencies, or similar setups
- Strong direct search and Boolean skills: LinkedIn, GitHub, Behance, niche communities, whatever the role needs
- Daily use of AI/LLM tools in your recruitment work, not
- A track record of automating or improving parts of the hiring process you owned
- The ability to speak the language of engineers and ask the right questions to assess fit, not just skills
- Comfort with shifting priorities and keeping a calm, clean pipeline through it
- A critical mind, not a copy-paste approach
- Fluent English (most of our clients and a chunk of internal communication is in English)
- Initiative, ownership, and the kind of communication where people don't have to guess what you meant
