We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to take ownership of the recruitment processes for a software company that develops hi-tech solutions for robotics and automotive industries. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in IT recruitment and a background in Psychology, Sociology, Management, or related field.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in IT recruitment
- Student or graduate in Psychology, Sociology, Management, related field or any technical studies
- Excellent research and sourcing skills
- Experience with using LinkedIn for sourcing candidates
- Good understanding of information technology and ability to quickly acquire new knowledge
- Great social skills to work directly with engineers, tech leads as well as to build long-lasting partnership relationship with candidates
- Good writing skills to write compelling job ads and messages
- Self-reliance and accountability to be able to work in quick changing, startup environment
- Good command of Microsoft Suite – MS Excel, MS Word, MS Sharepoint, OneDrive
- Experience using applicant tracking systems
- Fluency in English and Polish languages
