Job Description
Customer Service Representative position at Inteplast Group, responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction with timeliness and quality of plant orders, processing purchase orders, sample requests, claims, and more, with excellent communication and customer service skills required.
Requirements
- College degree (Associates Degree minimum)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to learn and navigate Inteplast's AS400 system
- Occasional travel for training purposes
- Reliable, adaptable, and able to handle job stress with professionalism and grace
- Exceptional teamwork, communication, and customer service skills
- Physical requirements typical of a regular office environment
- Consistent, dependable attendance and willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours
