MAINTENANCE MANAGER

Responsible for managing the plant maintenance and projects in a cost-effective and safe manner, maximizing equipment uptime. Strong background in plastic manufacturing and leadership skills required.

Requirements

• 8-10 years' experience working in a manufacturing maintenance environment
• 3-5 years supervisory experience
• Strong background in hydraulic and pneumatic systems, as well as machining experience
• Strong background with PLC controls and variable speed drives
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO, OSHA)
• Consistent, dependable attendance and ability to work non-standard hours
• Ability to manage job-related stress and foster productive workplace interactions
• Experience with process automation and robotics (preferred)
• Familiarity with injection molding, extrusion, or blow molding processes (preferred)
• Project management experience (preferred)
