Responsible for managing the plant maintenance and projects in a cost-effective and safe manner, maximizing equipment uptime. Strong background in plastic manufacturing and leadership skills required.
Requirements
- 8-10 years' experience working in a manufacturing maintenance environment
- 3-5 years supervisory experience
- Strong background in hydraulic and pneumatic systems, as well as machining experience
- Strong background with PLC controls and variable speed drives
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO, OSHA)
- Consistent, dependable attendance and ability to work non-standard hours
- Ability to manage job-related stress and foster productive workplace interactions
- Experience with process automation and robotics (preferred)
- Familiarity with injection molding, extrusion, or blow molding processes (preferred)
- Project management experience (preferred)
