Security Operations Manager (84161)

The Operations Manager will report to the Senior Director of Operations and oversee multiple sites across the NY region. The role involves liaising with client representatives, mentoring subordinate managers, and ensuring compliance with financial performance projections.

Requirements

• Speak, read, and write English
• Must be age 18 or older
• Four year degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 3 – 5 years of professional-level experience
• Prior experience in the security industry, law enforcement and/or military required
• Current state driver’s license, clean driving record (no points in prior 3 years), and ability to safely operate a Company vehicle required
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• High level of technological acumen or mastery of Microsoft Office software, Salesforce, HRIS Platforms, alarm response platforms, security video management, and other web-based management platforms
• Professional, articulate; and able to use good independent judgment and discretion
