The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the security industry, law enforcement, or military, and a degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or a related field.
Requirements
- Speak, read, and write English
- Age 18 or older
- Four year degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 ā 5 years of professional-level experience required
- Current state driverās license, clean driving record (no points in prior 3 years), and ability to safely operate a Company vehicle
- Energetic and focused personality with a demonstrated ability to take initiative
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to effectively resolve client issues
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- High level of technological acumen or mastery of Microsoft Office software, Salesforce, HRIS Platforms, and other web-based management platforms
- Professional, articulate; and able to use good independent judgment and discretion
