Requirements
- Previous experience in customer care management or operation in a BPO outsourced environment.
- Experience in following SLAs, KPIs and customer service quality indicators.
- Analytical ability for interpretation of operational data and preparation of management reports.
- Experience in mapping and documenting service processes.
- Good communication and ability to interact with multiple areas and external partners.
- Intermediate knowledge in Excel for analysis and control of indicators.
- Knowledge in continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma or similar.
