We're looking for a Customer Experience Assistant to deliver excellent customer service and resolve incidents efficiently. As a member of our Operations team, you'll analyze and treat customer occurrences, follow experience indicators, and act as a bridge between clients and internal areas.
Requirements
- Studying in Administration, Communication, Marketing or related areas.
- Previous experience with customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build clear and objective arguments.
- Basic knowledge of digital tools and Microsoft Office.
- Organized, proactive and responsible profile to manage multiple demands.
