Job Description
Interactive Brokers is seeking a Client Onboarding & KYC Specialist to join their Application Support Group within the New Accounts Department of their Hong Kong office. This role focuses on providing high-quality client service, facilitating account openings, and building customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and attention to detail, alongside understanding of regulatory requirements and the financial services industry.
Requirements
- Ability to identify, analyze, and escalate complex issues
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem resolution skills
- Strong research, investigatory, and problem-solving skills
- Efficient, self-motivated and hard working
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple tasks
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in Client Service or Financial Service (2-3 years preferred) Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is advantageous
