We are looking for an Institutional Client Services Associate (French Speaking) to provide high-level service to global institutional clients via telephone, ticket, and live chat. The role involves building and maintaining long-term client relationships, resolving trade-related queries, and cultivating lasting professional relationships.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of listed Equities, Options, Futures, and FX.
- Analytical problem-solver with a passion for technology and financial markets.
- Prior experience in international settlements or clearing operations is a plus.
- Bilingual (English and French speaking).
- University degree or higher.
- At least 1-2 years experience, preferably in a client-facing capacity at a global financial institution.
