Institutional Client Services Associate (French Speaking)

We are looking for an Institutional Client Services Associate (French Speaking) to provide high-level service to global institutional clients via telephone, ticket, and live chat. The role involves building and maintaining long-term client relationships, resolving trade-related queries, and cultivating lasting professional relationships.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of listed Equities, Options, Futures, and FX.
• Analytical problem-solver with a passion for technology and financial markets.
• Prior experience in international settlements or clearing operations is a plus.
• Bilingual (English and French speaking).
• University degree or higher.
• At least 1-2 years experience, preferably in a client-facing capacity at a global financial institution.
