Interbrand is seeking a Client Service & New Business Intern to support key accounts and projects. The role involves day-to-day tasks, project management, and coordination with internal teams. The ideal candidate is a personable team player with strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Requirements
- Point person for day-to-day tasks and projects
- Create and manage project timing plans, clear and concise contact reports, statuses etc.
- Review/proof-read work before it goes to the client
- Collate all project-relevant documents and information into the relevant file on the server for team access
- Give support on proposal and cost estimates
- Supports in development of case studies and requests across the network
- Supports and collaborates in the internal coordination of pitches
- Participates in creating content for proposals & presentations
- Supports in all initiatives related to the client
- Supports in the management of internal development tools (database, digital tools) and reports
- Supports in day-to-day client management and small & mid-size projects under the guidance of senior team members
