Requirements
- Current license to practice as a registered nurse or physician assistant in Michigan
- Specialty certification as a nurse practitioner
- DEA and Controlled Substances Certification/license
- All other LIP credentialing and privileging requirements
- Maintaining a minimum of BLS certification
