InterCare is a Federally Qualified Health Center seeking an experienced Family Practice Physician to evaluate, diagnose and treat diverse patient populations in a compassionate and professional manner.

Requirements

• Examines diagnoses and treats patients for acute injuries, infections, and illnesses
• Counsels and educates patients about acute and chronic conditions or concerns
• Promote patient satisfaction and provide excellent customer service
• Formulates diagnostic and treatment plans
• Prescribes and administers medication
• Orders lab and imaging tests to determine and manage an immediate treatment plan
• Provides advice and follow up: and refers appropriate care to specialists when needed
• Enters patient information into the EHR system completely and accurately
• Follow HIPAA guidelines and safety rules
